Reception area and services
Arrival
Our butler will be happy to accompany you to your room or suite from 3:00 p.m. onwards. If you arrive earlier, we will be happy to store your bags for you so that you can start enjoying Librije’s Hotel or head out to discover all the great things that Zwolle has to offer.
Departure
You can check out until 12:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, and until 1:00 p.m. on Sunday. If you would prefer to leave later, please contact our butler or our staff at the reception.
Parking service
The Noordereiland parking garage is located behind Librije’s Hotel. If you prefer, we can valet park your car – one less thing to worry about. The parking rates are €13.50 for part of a day and €27.50 for a full day and night. The costs will be automatically charged to your room. Disabled parking spaces are available at the front of the hotel. In addition, the Diezerpoort and ’t Eiland parking garages are within walking distance of the hotel.

Our butler is happy to be of service and will do all that is necessary to ensure that you have everything you need. Please feel free to contact our butler with your questions, requests or problems. You may also do this via the ‘Butler Live’ link at the bottom left of this screen. A few of the services offered by our butler are shown below. However, if there is anything else we can do for you to make your stay even more enjoyable, please do not hesitate to ask.
